Little boys are the best companions and they often make the best pets.  Neutered boys are gentler than an unaltered male and they are so family orientated. If altered at a young age often they will not spray or mark their territory. An  un-altered male will mark and wander looking for his next romantic conquest.  While a neutered boy would rather stay with his family.  

Male dogs tend to be more stable in mood than female dogs – less prone to emotional swings. Now before you start telling me that your own male dog is the moodiest dog on earth, remember that I said generally speaking!

Male dogs are often bolder and more aggressive than females.  But sometimes they are described as a softy or goofy.

Below are examples of our past little boys.  All but one of these boy were bred by Oscar. (Aspen is claiming the little blue boy.) These puppies all have shorter nose, ears and teddy bear faces.  They are shorter in the back and nice length of leg.  They have that full double coat that we all love.
